After graduation from The French Culinary Institute in NYC in 2003, Marianne worked in restaurants in Minneapolis and Chicago, finding a love for recipe development along the way. In 2009, Time Out Chicago named Sundquist one of the 12 most important Chefs Right Now. She now lives in Santa Fe, New Mexico with her husband, two boys and their adopted dog Saturn. She currently works on a number of food related projects including co-founding Stokli in 2020, an online farmers market for Southwest dry goods, working as Culinary Program Director & Chef for Heritage Inspirations and writing the weekly food column, The Magic Table.
I recently discovered your Recipe Column in the Santa Fe New Mexican and now I look forward to each Wednesday paper. Thank you for brightening and widening our family meals.
